Our Story

About C the World ABA

C the World ABA was founded with a simple belief: every child deserves high-quality, individualized care — and every family deserves to feel like a true partner in their child's growth.

As a Black-founded, BCBA-led practice, we built this company to fill a gap we experienced firsthand — the absence of culturally responsive, ethical, family-first ABA services in our communities.

We specialize in early intervention for children ages 2–6, with a focus on functional communication, assent-based care, and building real, meaningful relationships with the families we serve. Whether you're just starting your journey or looking for a better fit, we're here to walk alongside you — every step of the way.

Why Families Trust Us

Why Families Choose
C the World ABA

We understand what families are going through. We built our practice around what you actually need — not what's easiest for a provider.

Ethical, Individualized Care

We never use a one-size-fits-all approach. Every plan is built around your child's unique strengths, needs, and family goals — with assent-based practices that respect your child's voice.

Early Intervention Focus (Ages 2–6)

The earlier, the better. We specialize in the critical developmental window when ABA therapy makes the biggest, most lasting difference in a child's life.

True Family Partnership

You're not just a client. We keep you informed, involved, and empowered throughout every stage of your child's care — because lasting progress happens at home too.

Serving Underserved Communities

We proudly serve families across Houston, Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi — including communities that have long been underserved by quality, culturally responsive ABA providers.

Common Questions

We Know You Have Questions

Here are the ones we hear most from families just starting their journey.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a research-supported therapy that helps children develop communication, social, and daily living skills by understanding and shaping behavior in positive ways. It's most effective for children ages 2–6 during early developmental windows. If your child has been diagnosed with autism, has developmental delays, or is showing signs that concern you — a consultation with our team is the best first step. We'll have an honest conversation about whether ABA is the right fit for your family.
In most cases, yes. Most major insurance plans — including Medicaid and many private insurers — cover ABA therapy for children with an autism diagnosis. Coverage varies by plan and state. When you reach out, we'll walk you through your specific options and help you understand your benefits. We work with families in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi to make this process as straightforward as possible.
ABA therapy is typically for children who have received an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis. If your child doesn't have a diagnosis yet, our diagnostic assessment service can help clarify their strengths, needs, and the right level of support. We specialize in early intervention for children ages 2–6 — the developmental window when therapy makes the biggest difference. If you're unsure, just reach out. We'll help you figure out the next right step, no pressure.
Sessions are tailored to your child's individualized treatment plan and happen in your home, school, or via telehealth. They're structured around play-based, naturalistic learning — helping your child build real skills in real environments. You'll always know what's being worked on and why, and we actively involve parents so progress extends beyond session time. Our approach is assent-based, which means your child's comfort and willingness always come first.
After you reach out, we'll connect within 1 business day to schedule your free intro call. From there, we'll guide you through the intake and assessment process and work as quickly as possible to begin services. Early intervention timing matters — every month in your child's developmental window is meaningful. We don't believe in unnecessary delays, and we'll keep you informed at every step.
